It's easy to see why everyone loves them some Cardi B from "Love & Hip Hop New York." Not only is the rapper down to earth, she is hilarious and she has turned her life around for the better. While Cardi B can be seen as controversial in nature, "The Real" co-host Adrienne Bailon loves the rising superstar all the same.

According to Bossip, "The Real" co-host Adrienne Bailon held nothing back as she discussed her love for Cardi B. In a segment where the ladies were discussing some of their guilty pleasures, the newly wed host expressed how much she adores the Bronx native.

"I can sit on my IG for hours and watch videos of Cardi B," the host reveals on the show." I am not going to lie. I don't know if its a Latina thing from New York I just feel like she speaks to my spirit. Yes she does. And although the way she is saying the things she's saying it may come across a little on the hood side, which I love about her she really be saying some real things. I'm sitting there like yes preach Cardi preach. But it is just how she is delivering the message, but the things she is saying are pretty woke."

We have to agree with Bailon. Like Cardi B are not you have to respect someone who can be real and not apologize for living their truth. Most people look at Cardi B as just a reality television character but when you get to know her and see what she is about, you can find things about her that you would admire and respect.

While Bailon admits that some of the things Cardi says comes across as being hood, it is a testament to the rapper not forgetting where she comes from and being comfortable with who she is as a person. In society we've seen the entertainment industry chew and spit many people out but the Bronx native is holding her own and staying true to herself.

If you're just like Bailon and can't get enough of the rising star, you can catch Cardi B Monday nights on "Love & Hip Hop New York" airing at 8/7c on VH1.
