Four years after they released their last album in 2011, Reik is found in the studios recording their fifth studio production. Following their successful "Peligro," the trio composed by Jesús Alberto Navarro Rosas, Julio Ramírez Eguía and Gilberto Marín Espinoza, is ready to return to the music scene with fresh music! Their newest single is "Voy A Olvidarte" (I'm going to forget you), a romantic ballad that was written by band member Julio Ramírez. He's also the man responsible for writing other of Reik's smash hits. The Mexican band proudly presents their new single to the U.S. and Latin America on Monday.

"At times it seems that after you've been scarred too often by a relationship, you're not the same. Regardless of how much forgiveness is sought or how much you try, there's no going back. That's what I'm trying to portray in this song which I really like. It's a simple song, straight to the heart, and my intention is for it to make an impact on people," Ramírez said in a press release.

The boys are expected to record the music video in mid-October. Meanwhile, we're very happy Reik came back! Listen to "Voy A Olvidarte" below.
