Roberto Tapia is involved in a serious case after he was accused by an underage girl for sexual abuse. The former "La Voz Kids" coach is said to have sexual relations with a 15-year-old teenager a year ago, according to "Primer Impacto." The young girl has already filed a report in her native state of Baja California, México. Tapia's team has been made aware of the situation by the news show, but had no comment.

Now, the alleged victim has broken her silence with radio show LMSHOW where she said that the singer "sexually abused" her. Her identity has remained private due to her age and the severity of the case.

"I got in his truck, we left that place, we went into an apartment complex parking lot, he got his security men down and asked me if I was scared and I told him I was scared," she said in the audio.

Roberto Tapia was a coach during the first two seasons of "La Voz Kids" on Telemundo. The 35-year-old was born in San Diego, California and is a successful Regional Mexican singer. Some of his hit songs include "No Valoraste," "Vale La Pena," "Mirando Al Cielo" and "Las Edades."

It is this last song that eerily talks about a relationship between the singer and a younger woman. The track was released in 2008 in the album titled "Los Amigos del M."

"No hagas caso a las edades, si por mi sientes bonito, aunque sea mayor que tu, mi vida te necesito," the song says in Spanish. "Yo me enamoré de ti, no de los años que tienes, si es un delito el querer, merezco la pena de muerte. Tu crees que yo iba a saber de tu edad, si te amé con solo verte."

Read the loosely translated lyrics here: "Don't mind the ages, if you feel good with me, even if I am older than you, my love I need you. I fell in love with you, not with the age you have, if it's a crime loving you, I deserve the death penalty. Do you think I knew your age, if I loved you with only seeing you."
