The seventh season of “Sons of Anarchy” is set to be one to remember, fans of the series were expecting a historic season mainly due it being the final one. However new comments from “SoA” executive producer and director Paris Barclay have left fans in shock after he revealed that a major character death will occur in each and every episode of Season 7. The series, which has always had an incredibly violent tone, is set to escalate due to the murder of Tara, the wife of Jax. Jax, who serves as the president of SAMCRO is hell-bent on revenge, and will go to any means necessary to enact it. A new character is set to aide in his vengeful quest, Marilyn Manson who will join the cast as white supremacist Ron Tully, was revealed to play a vital role in Jax’s new life, especially during his time in prison.

In an interview with Collider, Barclay stated, "For me, Manson's character is really a lot like the role that Otto served. So much of what these guys do pivots on what happens inside because that's where most of the shot-callers are. To stay real, I really needed to find that character inside, and that's the character that Manson plays." Just because Jax is behind bars, doesn’t mean his influences wanes, instead it seems that Jax is set to wield more power than ever while in jail. Barclay revealed to fans that a major character is set to die in every episode of this season, and with 13 episodes set to take place that’s a lot less cast at the end of “Sons of Anarchy.”

Barclay confirmed the deaths stating, "I think this season should be a roller coaster ride. Every episode this season is packed with more plot, more story and more characters than we've done before. Kurt really is getting two seasons in one, and in almost every episode now, someone is dying, so that makes it a little bit harder to shoot because we have to keep saying goodbye."

And while the finale season plot is currently unfolding, creator Kurt Sutter has yet to write the highly anticipated series finale. But Barclay did confirm that while a ton of major character deaths will occur in the season, there will be at least one man or maybe even woman left standing. Barclay even hinted at a possible MC surviving with leadership intact stating, "Yes, there will be someone left. There will be more than one, but not a lot more, there will be a table."

Recent spoiler reports have hinted at a possible final faceoff between Jax and his mother Gemma, who brutally stabbed and beat his wife, Tara to death. Barclay provided one last sneak peek to fans in regards to the series finale comparing the forthcoming episode to the “Godfather.” Barclay told Collider, "The story that Kurt wants to tell ends up with the chickens coming home to roost, so bad things are gonna happen. It's like The Godfather. Not too many people that you saw at the beginning of The Godfather were there at the end."

What do you want to see happen in the seventh and final season of “Sons of Anarchy?” Do you think Jax will survive or will Gemma win the final showdown between the mother and son duo?
