The Mewtwo DLC for "Super Smash Bros." Wii U and 3DS has finally arrived but don't get too excited as the download is only for select Nintendo Club users. Gamers who purchased both titles for the Wii U and 3DS, and registered both copies with Club Nintendo should receive an email with their download codes today. For those who didn't register, the new DLC character will become available on April 28 and will cost you.
According to IGN the download codes are being sent out over the space of 24 hours, and you’ve got until September 30 to redeem them on the Nintendo eShop.
Users will need to update to version 1.06, which is currently available for download in the Nintendo eShop. This patch adds compatibility for the DLC fighter and the new Mii Fighter costumes, along with balance tweaks.
