In today's "Super Smash Bros." for Wii U and 3DS news we have yet another stage, can never have enough of those! This one is for "Paper Mario" which will be featured for the handheld 3DS version of the title, which Masahiro Sakurai revealed via his Miiverse page. The stage draws influence from Sticker Star and Thousand Year Door and transforms by folding.

The Smash Bros. director shared a picture of the stage along with the caption "Pic of the day. For the first time ever in the Super Smash Bros. series, here's a Paper Mario stage! It's made of paper, so strong winds will blow it away." Check it out below:

His other photo showing off a transformed version of the stage and the S.S. Flavion ship had the caption: "Since the stage is paper, it transforms when it folds over and opens up again. This ship is the S.S. Flavion from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door."

No word on if this is an exclusive stage for the 3DS or if it'll come to the Wii U as well.

Meanwhile, early this week Sakurai also revealed the main menu for "Super Smash Bros." 3DS. The handheld consoles top screen will feature all the different modes and settings you can utilize while the bottom screen displays pictures matching each mode.

"Super Smash Bros." for 3DS is expected later this year, Oct. 3 while the Wii U version still only has a release window for holiday 2014.
