According to new reports Japanese magazine CoroCoro is expected to reveal the entire character roster for the upcoming "Super Smash Bros." for Wii U and 3DS in the coming months. The magazine reportedly said that all of the characters and stages will be revealed by August 12 according to The Epoch Times.

The site also reveals that the 3DS version of the game will launch in Japan on Sept. 3, while a release date for Oct. 3 is set for the US and Europe. The Wii U version has no official release date as of yet but is expected sometime this holiday season.

Before this news Nintendo and Masahiro Sakurai have been slowly rolling out the games characters, stages and trophies with announcements via Miiverse. Just earlier four new characters were revealed in an exciting trailer though only three were playable. Captain Falcon, Chrom, Lucina and Robin from "Fire Emblem: Awakening" were all revealed in a action packed video which can be seen below.

While this would be pretty awesome to get a full roster list from CoroCoro there is a contradicting report from Attack of the Fanboy who says this information is wrong and the magazin will not be revealing a full character roster. Instead CoroCoro will be doing an in depth article on the already revealed characters and stages.

To date over 35 fighters have been revealed for both titles including newcomers Greninja, Little Mac, Lucina, Mega Man, the Mii Fighters, Pac-Man, Palutena, Robin, Rosalina & Luma, the Villager and the Wii Fit Trainer. And that isn't including the veteran fighters which include: Bowser, Captain Falcon, Charizard, Diddy Kong, Donkey Kong, Fox, Ike, King Dedede, Kirby, Link, Lucario, Luigi, Mario, Marth, Pikachu, Pikman & Olimar, Pit, Princess Peach, Samus, Sheik, Sonic, Toon Link, Yoshi, Zelda and Zero Suit Samus.

There are still over 10 fighters from previous versions that Nintendo can add to the "Smash Bros." title including: Mr. Game & Watch, Lucas, Solid Snake, Jigglypuff, Wario, Meta Knight, Ice Climbers, Falco, Ness, Mewtwo, R.O.B., Wolf and Ganondorf.
