'Top Gear' Season 22 Live Stream: Watch 'Evening With Top Gear' Online On Jan. 18 [VIDEO]

"Top Gear" Season 22 officially returns to the BBC on Sunday, January 25. However, Top Gear announced that a special "Evening With Top Gear" program featuring Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May, will broadcast live on Sunday, January 18. The special will be globally available on Sunday at 21:00 GMT or 4 p.m. EST via its official Top Gear YouTube channel. Top Gear fans in the UK can also watch it at the same time on the BBC's Red Button, or watch it later on the BBC iPlayer.

The trio of presenters will appear before a live audience in London to talk about their latest season of "Top Gear." The show will showcase a couple of clips from the new series as well. What's more, Top Gear is also asking fans to submit questions for the presenters (-email inbox@topgear.com) to answer during the upcoming show.

"Other globally popular television shows have cunning ways of launching their new seasons, such as world tours and the like," explains Jeremy. "But I thought of an easier way to let the planet know we're back - the interweb!

"Fond as I am of passport control queues and restricting my carry-on liquids to 100ml, I much preferred the idea of driving one mile from my home in London to celebrate this series with fans everywhere at the same time," he Clarkson explained.

"It's important that we remind everyone that Top Gear is back, because I feel we've been starved of attention lately," joked Richard Hammond. "I'm looking forward to talking to fans from around the world and finding out what exactly appeals to them about watching three middle-aged men repeatedly fall over."

"Using the internet to talk to our fans from around the world is a brilliant idea. It's exactly what the internet is for," James May added "In fact, I'm not sure why I have to drive to a Victorian theatre and sit on an uncomfortable chair to do this. Someone hasn't thought this through."

The "An Evening With Top Gear" special will air Sunday at 21:00 GMT or 4 p.m. EST via the official Top Gear YouTube channel. Top Gear fans in the UK can also watch it at the same time on the BBC's Red Button, or watch it later on the BBC iPlayer.
