A young couple who had gone missing in Miami over the weekend could be confirmed as deceased after a submerged car was found in marina Thursday. Two bodies were found inside a car that was discovered near Black Point Marina in Southwest Miami-Dade. According to WSVN 7 News, "Police said the car matches the description of the vehicle" the couple was driving when they were reported missing Sunday.

Alexandra Picon and her boyfriend Brandon Arana, both 21, had been missing since Saturday night after they were last seen at local restaurant Cadillac Ranch in Kendall. Family and friends set up a search via social media with the hopes to locate the young couple. According to Picon's brother, they were driving a 2014 red Toyota Corolla with the tag number AGG188.

A recent update shows that the last pin location from Brandon's cell phone was allegedly at around 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of 248th Street and 104th Avenue. On Thursday, a Toyota Corolla with two bodies inside was pulled out of the body of water in the area of Southwest 268th Street and 111th Avenue, according to local news. It has not been confirmed if the two bodies belong to the missing pair. Miami-Dade Police is investigating the death.

Picon and Arana allegedly worked at World of Beers and attended Miami Dade College.
