The third place CONCACAF Gold Cup bronze match took place at PPL Park Chester, Pennsylvania when USA faced Panama national team. Both teams traded a few desperate chances in the whole game Panama scored first at the beginning of the second half. Luis Tejeda gets to the end line to the right and center the ball to Blas Perez who finished with a touch from close range.

Panama score first in the second half, but at 55th minute the USA use some beautiful passing to equalize. Clint Dempsey while falling down toes the ball on a pass outside to Bedoya who centers it back in quickly to a trailing Michael Bradley who finishes the play with the goal. Match finished draw 1-1.

After 120 minutes playing USA and Panama defined the third place in Gold Cup 2015 from penalties kicks. Johannsson for USA score first goal, Dempsey made second goal. Johnson fires high his shot, Bradley denies with a full-extension save to his right. DaMarcus Beasley’s international career ends with a terrible loss against “la marea roja” when Mejia save his kick. For Panama Torres, Arroyo scored and Cooper denied his kick.

After the Americans scored to draw 1-1; a lot back and forth between these two teams, but neither side really threatening to score. Minute 90th the referee announced there will be three minutes of stoppage time. However, the score remains 1-1 so they went to extra time.

This year Panama and USA played their last match again each other. However this 2015 Cup was the match for the third place. The two sides who met for the 2013 Gold Cup title met again in Chester, after varying experiences of disappointment Center American’s controversial game again Mexico in one of the semifinals.

At 107 minute second extra time Murse kicked just from right side and 113 minute Books makes a nice denial off a cross from Arroyo to the center of the box.
