Verizon has announced a new feature for Fios TV customers that will allow users to preview premium cable channels.
If you're interested in ordering a specific premium cable channel but aren't sure then Free View is for you. Customers will be allowed to preview HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, EPIX and STARZ for up to 48 hours to decide if it is a channel you'd like to add to your lineup.
The offer will be available on not only live TV but also for On Demand titles and through the Fios Mobile App.
Free View on Fios TV allows customers to schedule a preview at their convenience, when it fits into their schedule. Customers can activate one 48-hour preview of each premium channel once per year.
Free View is another way Fios Customers can get the content they want, when and where they want it.
