Tonight's all-new episode of "Family Guy" on Fox's Animation Domination is going to be a serious one. Tonight in "Life of Brian" someone in the Griffin family is going to die. The official description for "Life of Brian" reads: Stewie and Brian travel back in time to 17th-century Jamestown and make too many close calls with changing history. Stewie decides to destroy his time machine, but comes to regret it when a member of the Griffin family dies.

Before Season 12 of "Family Guy" premiered It had rumored that a major character of "Family Guy" would be killed off. MacFarlane later confirmed that a member of the Griffin family will die, to be replaced by an upcoming member of the family. Meanwhile MacFarlane also revealed Cleveland will move back to Quahog along with his family, since "The Cleveland Show" was cancelled. Cleveland and his family is set to return in the episode "He's Bla-ack!"

While the episodes are planning to be outrageous and shocking so is the guest list of stars lending their vocals for the show. Planned guest stars for season 12 of "Family Guy" include: Conan O'Brien, Jeff Daniels, Michelle Dockery, Tony Sirico, Yvette Nicole Brown, Gary Cole, Cesar Milan, Lauren Bacall, Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer, Liam Neeson, Bryan Cranston, Billie Joe Armstrong, Peter Dinklage, Adam Levine, Maya Rudolph, and Glenn Howerton.

For the live stream options for episode 6, "Life of Brian," keep in mind that iTunes and Amazon Instant Video are paid and will be available the day after the episode airs. Also Fox will stream the episode for free with limited commercial interruption on their site the day after the episode airs. Another option for users who can't catch the episode live is Hulu. Hulu Plus subscribers can catch the episode on their website the day after it airs, if the show is available via Hulu.
