Tonight is an all-new episode of "Grey's Anatomy" on ABC and it looks like major decision are going to be made for the doctors. First up we see that in tonight's episode, "Go It Alone," Cristina (Sandra Oh) will find out if the Harper Avery award is hers. Meanwhile Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) decide who will bear their child based on a coin flip and lastly April (Sarah Drew) and Jackson (Jesse Williams) are at odds over religion.

ABC released two sneak peek clips showing more of Jackson and April's fight, which is pretty intense. The network also released a clip of Callie and Arizona in bed deciding who will carry their child based on the coin flip. Check out both sneak peek videos below along with the promo trailer for episode 20, "Go It Alone."

The episode description for "Go It Alone" reads: Cristina enlists Meredith to help her prepare an acceptance speech for her possible Harper Avery win and while Owen offers to attend the ceremony with her, she insists on going alone. Meanwhile, Derek feels overwhelmed between his responsibilities at home and at the hospital. April and Jackson come to a disagreement on children and religion, and Callie and Arizona try to reconnect in their marriage on "Grey's Anatomy" airing Thursday April 17 (9/8c p.m.) on ABC.

There are a couple of ways to watch "Grey's Anatomy" tonight. The first is to tune in live on ABC, but if you are away from home you can login to ABC's website and stream the episode live as well. Or you can download the ABC app and watch the episode there as well as catch up on previous episodes of Grey's. Another option is to buy the episode from iTunes or Amazon Instant Video which cost about $2 but won't be available until the day after it airs.
