After a short haitus tonight is a brand new episode of "Scandal" on ABC. Olivia (Kerry Washington) will have a tough choice ahead of her. Will she be able to choose between taking down Rowan (Joe Morton), Papa Pope, which could also mean taking down her longterm lover Fitz (Tony Goldwyn)? In episode 18 "Honor Thy Father" Olivia helps a congressman with his father, who's serving a death sentence and nearing execution. Meanwhile, David (Joshua Malina) wants to solidify his case against B613 by finding its former members and the Whitehouse gets a visitor from Mellie's half-sister Harmony (Lauren Bowles).

Now in this weeks all new episode, "I'm Just a Bill," Rowan back in town and the stakes are at an all-time high for the team trying to take down B613. Meanwhile, Olivia gets a call that the mayor’s wife has been murdered and is asked to take on the case. Back in the White House, Fitz needs help getting a very important bill to pass, but when he looks to the VP for support, she proves that she’s not an easy pushover like everyone once thought.

In a sneak peek clip we get a more in-depth look at the encounter between Poppa Pope and Liv. The conversation is intense and in full Shonda Rhimes style but the gist of it is Rowan is giving Olivia a chance to shut down her case against him and B613 before it gets ugly. And of course it doesn't look like Liv will be backing off even if that means taking down Fitz in the process.

There are a couple of ways to watch "Scandal" tonight. The first is to tune in live on ABC, but if you are away from home you can login to ABC's website and stream the episode live from your computer. Or you can download the ABC app and watch the episode from your phone or tablet and you can catch up on previous episodes of "Scandal." A third option is to buy the episode from iTunes or Amazon Instant Video which cost about $2 but won't be available until the day after it airs.
