Bryan Singer reveals Angel production art for "X-Men: Apocalypse" plus five other juicy details about the film. 20th Century Fox

Director Bryan Singer has revealed a new production image for the upcoming movie "X-Men: Apocalypse." This picture however teases the return of a highly anticipated character, Angel! While this could just be a picture, it could also indicate the return of a major character coming back to the franchise.

The production artwork, which appeared on Singer's Instagram, sees a winged figure in some kind of circus/public event. However, Angel hasn't been confirmed as a character in "X-Men: Apocalypse." And the last time we seen Warren Worthington III was in "X-Men: The Last Stand" portrayed by Ben Foster.

Meanwhile Ben Hardy is reportedly in talks regarding a major role for "X-Men: Apocalypse," and there is much speculation that ht may join as Angel. The character has a long history with Apocalypse (serving as one of his horsemen) so it wouldn't be such a shocker to see him in the new film. If Angel does appear in the film it will interesting to see which side he's on but until then check out these other top five other juicy details about "X-Men: Apocalypse."

1. Singer also took to IG to reveal that Jubilation Lee will have a role in "X-Men: Apocalypse." He posted a picture of Lana Condor the actress who play Jubilee with the caption: "I'd officially like to welcome our newest mutant #JubilationLee, #Jubilee @LanaCondor to #XMEN #Apocalypse."

2. Condor joins returning series stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult and Rose Byrne. Also figuring in the film are Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, Alexandra Shipp as Storm, Tye Sheridan as Cyclops and Kodi Smit-McPhee as Nightcrawler. Oscar Isaac will co-star as the titular villain.

3. Hugh Jackman may finally be done playing Wolverine. The aussie actor took to IG posting a photo of his hands and the X-Man's signature adamantium claws with the caption: "Wolverine … one last time."

4. Jennifer Lawrence will no longer portray Mystique after "X-Men: Apocalypse." In a chat with MTV while promoting her new movie "Serena," Lawrence said her upcoming turn as the shape-shifting character will also be her final time playing the character.

“It is my last one, actually,” Lawrence said without further elaboration. The actress has so far played Mystique in the rebooted series' "X-Men: First Class" and "X-Men: Days of Future Past."

5. Fox circled the release date of May 27, 2016 for the next X-Men movie. That means it will occupy the same Memorial Day slot that worked so well for "X-Men: Days of Future Past." It also means that Apocalypse will face off against Disney’s planned "Alice in Wonderland 2."
