Launching on Xbox One and PC on October 6 is the final expansion for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Salvation. According to CharlieIntel, the Salvation DLC Pack 4 will be the fourth and final installment for this game and with it comes four new multiplayer maps and another chapter to the Origins Zombies Saga.

Among the pack of new maps is Citadel, an abandoned and ancient castle that once housed a mighty medieval army. Players will get a chance to exercise distinct movements around the castle’s moat and drawbridge. Close quarter engagements in this mid-sized map are a given thanks to huge stones and debris and tight corners inside of the broken fortress. The Salvation DLC Pack 4 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 also includes the small map, Micro--a larger than life battle ground in which miniaturized players shoot it out on a Jack and the Beanstalk giant scale family picnic table.

Outlaw and Rupture balance out the Salvation expansion pack, these re-imagined maps from previous Call of Duty game installments bring along classic engagements and plenty of medium and long ranged toe-to-toe enemy combat. Based on the design of the popular map, Standoff from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2; Outlaw map is a new western themed medium sized map. It features flanking routes and strategic position throughout gameplay for rough and tumble shoot ‘em up cowboy battling. Finally, Rupture offers a new take on the vintage Call of Duty: World at War Outskirts map, re-imagining it as a high-tech facility, crafted by a futuristic society scrambling to the restore the atmosphere of the Earth.

Xbox One and PC gamers who were long awaiting the final chapter in the Origins Zombie saga can breathe a sigh of relief because it’s on the way this Fall. The Salvation DLC Pack 4 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 features Revelations, the final chapter of the Zombies experience. As the saga moves forward, the game’s heroes are confronted by the ancient evil that is Doctor Monty and must fight the ultimate battle.
