Mercedes-Benz does it again at Bahrain and is unquestionably the fastest package in Formula 1 right now. Mercedes drivers Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton clinch the first row of the grid. However, the order is probably not what you expected. Hamilton was on his way to a fast lap at the end of Q3 when he locked up his tires and ran wide, costing him the tenths he needed for pole.

Meanwhile, Red Bull demonstrates their will to win as upgrades bring them closer and closer to the Mercedes-Benz team every weekend. Daniel Ricciardo managed to set the third fastest quality time. However, a 10-place grid penalty incurred at last week's Malaysian Grand Prix means Ricciardo will start 13th.
