With the election only two weeks away, Hillary Clinton is gaining huge traction and an insurmountable lead over Donald Trump in the polls. Clinton's reach with the younger demographic has expanded exponentially, especially since she's gaining more supporters in the hip hop community. A slew of rappers have lent their support to the Democratic candidate in hopes of her securing her bid to become the next president of the United States. Take a look at some of the rappers who are Team Hillary all the way.
