Ariana Grande just reached out to a blogger who previously posted harsh comments about her. After issuing an apology, Grande quickly accepted it.

Freelance writer Roslyn Talusan just revealed the extent of the backlash she faced after criticizing the “7 Rings” singer on Twitter. Last week, Talusan called Grande a spoiled white girl from Boca and accused her of asking other people to write her songs.

Talusan went as far as cursing at Grande, and she also said that the singer has been desperately trying to emulate Beyoncé. Immediately after Grande’s fans saw the freelance writer’s tweets, they came to their idol’s defense.

Arianators posted mean comments on Talusan’s social media accounts. Things drastically worsened after Talusan started receiving violent threats and abuse from the singer’s supporters for an entire week.

Grande eventually reached out to Talusan via a private direct message, which the blogger, later on, shared with BuzzFeed. Grande said that she doesn’t like it when people bash her or trigger her fans.

The two women even had a conversation about their post-traumatic stress disorder, and Talusan recommended Grande a book that she could read to help her out. Before apologizing on behalf of her fans, Grande gave Talusan a wonderful insight.

“They’re just reacting with similar energy to what they’ve read, honestly,” Grande wrote. “Your tweets were hostile. They’re upset and they’re passionate,” she added.

The post that Talusan shared online showed her issuing an apology to the “God Is A Woman” singer. The freelance writer apologized to Grande for wording her tweets the way that she did.

“Aside from the stuff you’ve pulled lately, you’ve been very inspiring to me and helped me heal in my own journey,” Talusan wrote. “I’m sorry I worded the thing I said the way I did and that I hurt you. I assumed you would never see them. Thanks again for reaching out,” she added.

Grande defended herself for the last time by saying that she just tries to do her job and support the people who she works with. But she also accepted the blogger’s apology in the end.
