The 62nd annual Miss Universe 2013 pageant is only a couple hours away and we will soon know which country will represent beauty around the world. The 86 beauty queens are al vying for the crown and title of Miss Universe 2013. MINUTE BY MINUTE LIVE BLOG COVERAGE HERE Current title holder, Olivia Culpo, will give up her reign to a new beauty in a two-hour broadcast live from Moscow, Russia. The event will be hosted by current Miss Universe titleholder, Olivia Culpo, and Nick Teplitz. The event will take place at Crocus City Hall, which has seen acts perform inside like Elton John, Jennifer Lopez, Lana del Rey, Sting and many more. The Misses have already been seen in a preliminary competition that had the gals sporting evening gowns and showing off their worked out physiques in swimsuits. Previously they took a little bit of their heritage to show to the world in national costumes that honored their home countries. Miss Universe 2013 beauty peageant gala will be broadcasted live starting at 9pm EST on NBC and on Telemundo in Spanish. The crowning moment will also be seen around the world when it streams directly on the official YouTube account and Latin Times will have the minute by minute details as everything unfolds in Moscow. Hosting the event will be Thomas Roberts from "SNBC Live" with former Spice Girls group member Melanie Brown. Musical guests include Panic! At The Disco and EMIN. Alexia Viruez, Bolivia: Alexia was raised in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and her favorite native dish is majadito, an orange-flavored rice cooked with dried meat and served with sweet fried plantains and eggs. The 19-year-old is a psychology student at the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia (UDABOL). "I have given all of my effort and sacrified so much to get where I am today, and strive to go even further to win the Miss Universe Competition, not only for myself but for my country, the beauty queen says.

Jakelyne Oliveira, Brasil: "I consider my home the best place on Earth because it's where I feel save, welcomed and loved," Oliveira says of her home country Brasil. The 20-year-old is part of a dance group that performs samba and other traditional dances at festivals. Her dream is to make it in the fashion industry to use her name and support social and environmental causes. Jakelyne's role model is Brigitte Bardot, former French actress and model.

Brenda Gonzalez, Argentina: Brenda grew up in Rosario, Argentina and she enjoys drawing, dancing and acting. The 20-year-old fashion student loves to imitate others and ice climbing in her home country. Gonzalez is an animal lover and raises awareness of animal cruelty. Her dream is to manage her own boutique.

Maria Matthei, Chile: Throughout her lifetime, Maria has lived in seven different cities and visited over 50 cities. The 21-year-old is a student at the Universidad del Pacifico in Santiago de Chile where she is learning about fashion design and textiles. "I am very blessed to have met and learned from so many different people and cultures already," Matthei says. One of her goals is to become a fashion designer and help young models achieve their goals in the industry. Maria lists that she can make sushi from scratch.

Lucia Aldana, Colombia: "I am a person of faith. I live my life to give glory to God because I believe His will determines my life path," the aspiring Miss Universe said. The 21-year-old is the youngest of five children and is a communication and television production student with aspirations of a career in public relations. She loves to cook and create her own recipes and her hobbies include: reading, writing and spending time with her family.

Fabiana Granados, Costa Rica: The 23-year-old model loves to ride motorcycles and four wheelers in her free time. Fabiana grew up in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and aspires to run her own restaurant some day. "I believe pollution is the biggest problem facing the world today. We need to come together to reduce our energy consumption to power our lives in the future," she says. Granados is also a skilled horseback rider and is a Business Administration and Industrial Engineering student.

Yaritza Reyes, Republica Dominicana: "It's not about what you have or where you are, it's about what you believe you can become," the 19-year-old says. Reyes was 17 when she helped deliver a baby during her internship at a local hospital. The Santo Domingo born model is a student majoring in social communications and hopes to one day become an actress. One of Yaritza's passions is philanthropy and has been a volunteer at a children's summer camp for the last five years.

Constanza Baez, Ecuador: Constanza;s mother competed in Miss Universe Ecuador in 1985 where she came in third place, now the 22-year-old Quito native is in it to win it. "For me, health and nutrition are very important and I would love to share my passion with others. It is important to me that people understand it is not about your weight, but about how healthy you feel," Baez says. Constanza has an economics degree that she received from a German University and started a campaign to raise awareness of the importance for donating blood.

Alba Delgado, El Salvador: "My father's view that you can do anything with perserverance and God's blessing has really influenced the way I live my own life," the 22-year-old says. Alba is a huge soccer fan and she spent most of her time on the field with her five siblings since she was five years old. Her favorite teams are Real Madrid from Spain and Manchester United from England. Alba is a public relations and communications student and is interested in the fashion and broadcast industry.

Paulette Samayoa, Guatemala: Fun fact about the 23-year-old is that she was born on the same day as her brother, but 11 years apart. Paulette is a student at Galileo University in Guatemala where she studies Business Administration. She enjoys tennis, soccer, mountain biking and dancing. "I dedicated my energy and interest to the projects I undertake. With great joy I live on to represent my country and interact with different international organizations."

Diana Schoutsen, Honduras: The 26-year-old is a Zumba instructor and channels her passion for health and fitness through this. Diana loves to collect vintage jewelry and says she is a risk-taker claiming she once went on the fastes, longest and highest ziplining excusion in the world when visiting South Africa. Schoutsen was raised on a dairy farm and has a passion for the arts and performs ballet, jazz, hip-hop, salsa and bachata.

Cynthia Duque, Mexico: "The easiest solution to povery is for us to share a part of ourselves to those who have nothing," says the 21-year-old. Duque began working at the age of nine to provide for her family and taught her responsibility. She is a student at the Institute of NEO where she studies image design which she combines with being a Latin rhythms dancing instructor. Her dream is to become a teacher because she loves to be around children. One fun fact about her is that she once donated one liter of her blood to a child in dire need, due to her donation the child's health improved dramatically and helpes his battle with cancer.

Natassja Bolivar, Nicaragua: A Barbie doll collector since very young, Natassja refuses to sleep with a pillow and has a hidden talent of basic sewing, which her grandmother taught her in case of a fashion emergency. "I don't like just being the mode; I also like to be the boss," the 25-year-old says. She grew up in Miami and dreams of being a producer for an entertainment show. Bolivar is the oldest of four siblings and loves playing board games, kickboxing, volleyball, soccer and badminton.

Carolina Brid, Panama: Currently studying Mass Media at USMA, the beauty queen suffered from bullying growing up. One of the bully's from school is now her boyfriend. The 23-year-old has this to say about racism, "is the biggest problem facing the world right now. We need to accept other's beliefs and become more tolerant. Brid shared a funny moment from her childhood and it was during a physical education class, Carolina stuffed her bra and became mortified when she was running and it fell out. She is teased about the incident until this day.

Guadalupe Gonzalez Talavera, Paraguay: The 21-year-old says, "Life is not easy. One must sacrifice and stay determined to reach one's goals. One of her dreams is to become a real estate agent and open up her own business, she is currently polishing her sales skills selling cars and being a promotional model. A psychology student, Talavera once saved her brother's life when he was drowning in the ocean during a family vacation in Rio de Janeiro.

Cindy Mejia, Perú: Cindy has an identical twin and grew up in Lima. Mejia is a model and consultant for a comestics line and her dream is to own a spa, fragrance and cosmetic line. "We are all in this world together and must live and love like we undestand," the 26-year-old model shares. Cindy can read upside down fluently and one of her favorite beauty tricks is mixing coffee grounds with cinnamon to create a natural exfoliant for the skin.

Monic Perez, Puerto Rico: The 23-year old on tolerance being the biggest social issue today, "It's essential to promote values in the home and respect all human beings." Monic has a degree in nursing and dreams of directing her own organization to create awareness about the plight of the elderly and provide stimulating activities for them by integrating younger and older generations. She organized a fashion show that only had models that were 65 and older and was a receptionist at a substance abuse clining, which opened her eyes to the serious effects substance abuse can have on people.

Patricia Yurena Rodriguez, Spain: "Life is a learning experience and it's important to beat on every day," the 23-year-old Spanish model says. Patricia has a trunk full of personal diaries at home going all the way back to her childhood. Rodriguez claims her greatest personal accomplishment was leaving her hometown in Teneirfe (Canary Islands) to pursue a career in modeling. She likes to paint, play the guitar and act.

Gabriela Isler, Venezuela: "There isn't a fall that a woman can't recover from," Isler from Venezuela says. The 25-year-old says that when she was 7-years-old she had the habit of attending parties she wasn't invited to, but ended up always making friends with the birthday boy or girl. Gabriela is a talent on Venevision, a television network in her home country. Her greatest role model is her mother because despite the diversity she and her family faced growing up, her mother stayed strong and taught her that there was always a way to make ends meet.
