When November hits the first thing on people's minds is preparing that holiday meal, the second thing is scarfing down that meal and getting to the Black Friday sales beginning that night and into the following morning. For some Black Friday not Thanksgiving is the official start of the holiday season. Black Friday is the day when many consumers trek to the malls and outlet stores to begin their Christmas and Hanukkah shopping (although one night of Hanukkah falls on Thanksgiving this year). Almost every store is going to have some kind of major blow out sale for Black Friday.
GameStop the popular video game retailer is no exception to the Black Friday sale extravaganza. The Gamming outlet will have numerous sales on a variety of games like "Just Dance 2014" and "Call Of Duty: Ghosts" and many more. "Just Dance 2014" for Wii is originally priced at $39.99 and will be on sale Black Friday for $19.99. Similarly "Call of Duty: Ghosts" for Xbox 360 will be on sale for $49.99 instead of its original $59.99. A three month Xbox Live membership is going for $14.99, a ten dollar difference.
Other sales include a PlayStation Plus one year membership, Buy two get one free on any pre-owned products, "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix marked down to $19.99 from $39.99 and a special Friday only deal for "Battlefield 4 on Xbox 360 for $29.99 marked down from $59.99. Several Xbox 360 titles will be available with 10 to 30 dollars off their original prices.
With the PlayStation 4 hitting store shelves on Nov. 15 the PS3 will 250GB bundle packages will be available for $199.99. The bundle includes "The Last of Us" and "Batman: Arkham Origins." The Xbox 360 bundle will also be on sale for $199.99 and comes with "Halo 4" and "Tomb Raider."
