Tonight over 100 Latin TV stars and celebrities will turn up for the second annual Teleton USA. The event is looking to raise money for children with disabilities, cancer and autism using the slogan, "Heroes with a Heart." Names taking part in the benefit include Daddy Yankee, Joey Montana, Leslie Grace, Maite Perroni, Manny Manuel, Maribel Guardia, Pee Wee and Wilmer Valderrama. Raul Gonzalez, the co-host of Despierta America told Efe that the event would be a life changing one, not only for the children but the viewers as well.

"This time I'll present five stories that will leave us wanting to rethink our lives," Gonzalez said. "To analyze the reason why we're living. And above all, what we're doing with our lives." This year's Teleton USA will run for 28-hours and is looking to raise $15.2 million matching lasts year's number. The telethon will air tonight at 10pm ET on Univision and Galavision. Presenting Teleton USA this year will be Mario Kreutzberger, also known as "Don Francisco" from the popular show "Sabado Gigante."

Also presenting the telethon will be the co-host of "Hoy," Galilea Montijo, journalist Jorge Ramos and Mexican singer and actress Lucero. Gonzalez said he was honored to be apart of this event and said he was glad to be privileged enough to have the ability to give back. " It's a blessing. It males me realize the privilege of giving what I have. Helping your neighbor is the essence of life. It's the greatest joy. My profession is my passion and also my mission."
