British actor Tim Curry, 67, is reportedly recovering from a recent stroke. His agent, Marcia Hurwitz, told the Daily Mail that Curry was "doing great" after the Thursday stroke.

"He absolutely can speak, and is...in great humor," she said. Many people are familiar with Tim Curry's odd yet often hilarious brand of humor. Starring alongside singer Meat Loaf in the 1975 cult classic "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", he memorably played the flamboyant Dr. Frank-N-Furter.

He is also well known for demanding Kevin McCallister's "stolen credit card" in "Home Alone 2: Lost In New York," where he played Mr. Hector, the concierge of the Plaza Hotel in New York City. The ringleader of a misfit band of hotel staff at the posh midtown hotel, he, alongside Dana Ivey and Rob Schneider attempt to prove that McCallister (Macaulay Culkin) is indeed staying at the hotel on his own, despite claims McCallister's father, Peter, is staying with him.

One notably embarrassing moment for Tim Curry's character comes as he is investigating McCallister's hotel room, stumbling into the bathroom to see what he believes to be McCallister's father singing an off-key version of The Capitols' "Cool Jerk."

McCallister, helming a blow-up clown tied off with strings, turns the balloon figure to face Curry as the voice on the recording of the song, which is actually McCallister's Uncle Frank's (Gerry Bamman), as Frank yells that he will "slap" the "jerk" peering in on him "silly" if he doesn't leave the bathroom. Curry's character, Hector, runs from the room, mortified.

Tim Curry also most recently played a deranged killer in a season-bridging plotline of the CBS crime drama "Criminal Minds," starring Joe Mantegna and Thomas Gibson.
