One outraged Boston resident asked why one of the victims was not on the cover. Many of the people injured during the attack lost limbs. Three people, including a little boy were killed.

Jenna DeMato Herbert left "Rolling Stone" a comment saying, "Being from Boston I take this personally offensive that this sh** bag is even a thought never mind a cover! I don't care about his religion, race, sex or poor family. He is bomber #2 in the white hat...How about putting Jeff Bauman on the cover who lost both his legs during this horrific event."

Herbert goes on to point out in her comment that Bauman was able to identify the Tsarnaev brothers before being taken into surgery.

After a lengthy police chase that led to the violent murder of MIT officer Sean Collier by the Tsarnaev brothers, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was finally wounded and taken into custody by police. His older brother Tamerlan was killed by police earlier in the day. Dzhokar was able to escape after his brother fell.

The remaining Tsarnaev brother had his first court appearance since his arrest on July 10. The suspected terrorist pleaded not guilty to the 30 counts filed against him.
