Brazilian Music, Latin Music Unite In LatiNew Series Of Concerts; When, Where To Enjoy ‘BrasiLatin’ Experience

LatiNew is a new series of concerts that aims to unite Latin and Brazilian music genres, their artists and audiences, through "Noche Completa" events, in which participants can enjoy carefully selected music and a dynamic festive atmosphere for a unique price.

The first edition of LatiNew will be held this fall on October 19 and 28, and November 9 at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theater & Bar / Symphony Space, on 2537 Broadway at 95th Street in New York City. Tickets are on sale at www.symphonyspace.org.

In its premiere edition, LatiNew will present a careful selection of the best Latin and Brazilian interpreters with multilingual and multicultural talent. In each facet of its concept of "Noche Completa," this cycle of events will reflect the polyglot and multicultural musical panorama of the XXI Century. In keeping with its ambitious long-term strategic vision of occupying a key space in the international festival circuit, this first edition of LatiNew will be presented on the legendary, world-famous Broadway.

Before each concert a "Happy Hour" with drinks included in the ticket price will be offered, while live music by young artists is enjoyed. After the main show, each "Noche Completa" will conclude with a party with a DJ after the participation of the artists, all with a single ticket of moderate price, closing the night with a finishing touch.

LatiNew is produced by Gustavo Szulansky and Béco Dranoff. Gustavo, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, moved to New York in 1987. A former musician, advertising writer and journalist, Gustavo has worked in prestigious news organizations such as TV Globo, CBS and Channel 41 before founding Soccer Stars in the States United, a Premium soccer program for children's development. The company started with a branch office in Manhattan in 2000 and currently operates in 12 metropolitan areas in the United States and London, England. Gustavo is the author of "Franca," a book about the Argentine dictatorship of 1976, and has also executive produced recordings by artists J.P. Jofre and Juana Luna.

Béco Dranoff was born in Brazil and has lived in New York since 1988. He has developed numerous music production and cultural for more than 25 years. Béco's multifaceted career has positioned him as a creative music and entertainment projects producer, including productions nominated for the Grammys and the Oscars. He was also one of the founders of the record label Ziriguiboom and A & R, festival manager, music supervisor and radio presenter. His most notable projects include the production of artists such as Bebel Gilberto, Red Hot + Rio AIDS charity productions and the documentary titled “Beyond Ipanema: Brazilian Waves in Global Music.”
