Emma Stone’s crazy K-pop aspirations are set to come true next month. On Tuesday, the official Twitter of “Saturday Night Live” posted an image of the show’s upcoming schedule, revealing that the international actress and K-pop group BTS are set to appear on the April 13 episode of the show at the same time. The “La La Land” actress will reportedly host the episode, while BTS will appear as musical guests.

The upcoming guesting will mark BTS’ first time to perform on “SNL,” which means they can tick off yet another box on their “making history” checklist. A day before their “SNL” gig, the massively popular group will drop their new album, “Map Of The Soul: Persona” on April 12, giving fans enough time to master all the fan chants before they appear on “SNL” the following day and kick off their U.S. Stadium tour in May.

The guesting announcement is also great news for Stone, who is a self-confessed K-pop fan. In 2015, she confessed during her guesting on “Conan” that she was addicted to K-pop, specifically namedropping girl groups 2NE1 and Girls Generation as her favorites at the time. “It’s a global phenomenon,” she told Conan O’Brien. “It’s beyond excellent. It’s the best thing you’ve ever seen. I don’t even know how to describe it, it’s just so addictive,” she gushed.

Meanwhile, BTS “Map Of the Soul: Persona” comes hot on the heels of their massively successful album “Love Yourself,” which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in November. The group reportedly pulled an all-nighter the evening before their historic presenting gig at the 2019 Grammys just to finish the album, so it won’t come as a surprise if the group breaks even more records with its release.

A Grammy nominee, BTS is the first K-pop group to have a single debut in the Billboard Top 40. The group also has a huge following around the world called ARMY. Aside from Stone, other popular celebrities who are also crazy over BTS are John Cena, Lil Pump, John Legend and Charlie Puth. With BTS sharing the same “SNL” stage as Stone in April, it is difficult to imagine the female actress not in her ultimate state of fangirling.
