Calle 13 is collaborating with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, Billboard reports. The group released a video teasing the release of a song with Assange as well as using Tweets from fans. Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello will also make an appearance along with a Palistinian vocalist and musician called Kamilya Jurban. The track, called "Multi_Viral" will be the first track on the Puerto Rican duo's next album which they will be releasing independently. The single will be released November 13.

Calle 13's Rene Pérez reveals "We're going to take their voice, what they're saying, their idea, and we're going to manipulate their idea and construct a song about the media." Pérez then tells Assanget that the group are going to "talk against the bad media but using their voices." Pérez visited Assange in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London last year. They used Twitter to send out questions on various themes relating to social justice: fans used the hashtag #JulianAssangeCalle13 to provide thousands of responses.

Calle 13's Eduardo Cabra aid the album is planned for release in March. "We're looking at different platforms," he said. "Maybe we will give it away for free." You can see the video preview below featuring Assange and Perez. Calle 13 recently split from Sony Music Latin and are releasing this album independently
