Matthew Perry is said to be welcoming his first child as his girlfriend, Molly Hurwitz is already pregnant. Hearing the news, it was reported that the actor’s “Friends” co-star Courteney Cox is arranging a baby shower for the soon-to-be parents.

It can be recalled that Hurwitz just recently confirmed being in a relationship with Perry. She is said to be a talent manager that the actor is dating for more than a year. Hurwitz let the public know about their romance when she posted a Valentine’s Day message for him via social media.

“Second year being my valentine, but his first as an Instagram influencer,” she wrote on Instagram as mentioned on People. “HVD to my favorite.”

Now that their romance is official, Woman’s Day published an article that states Perry is going to be a dad as his girlfriend is pregnant now. The couple is said to be excited about the coming of their first child.

“While it’s early days, they’re both over the moon and can’t wait to become parents,” a source allegedly told the magazine. “He’s credited her with helping clean up his life for good and stay on the straight and narrow – now giving him even more reason with a baby on the way.”

At any rate, Perry’s co-star and long-time friend Cox heard the news and she is reported to be thrilled and overjoyed for her friend. To show her support, it was claimed that the actress offered to throw a baby shower for them.

Gossip Cop reacted to the news and called it “ridiculous” because after reaching out to someone who personally knows the situation, it learned that Perry is not going to be a father yet which means his ladylove is not pregnant.

Furthermore, the publication relayed that it also contacted Cox’s side to get some comments and her camp also debunked the story since it is totally baseless. It should also be noted that Perry and Hurwitz are not living together yet so throwing a party in “their home” is impossible. Gossip Cop also mentioned that Woman’s Day has repeatedly released false stories about the actor and this one is no different.
