Mexican-american actress Karla Souza is currently taking the acting world by storm as Laurel Castillo in ABC's hit show "How To Get Away With Murder." Now the actress is making her way in the film circuit in the upcoming feature "Everybody Loves Somebody."

Created by Pantellion Films, "Everybody Loves Somebody" is a romantic comedy starring Souza, Alejandro Camacho, Jose Maria Yazpik and Patricia Bernal. In the film, the young and beautiful Clara Barron (Souza) seems to have everything- a great job as an OB-GYN; a great house in LA; and a big fun-loving Mexican family. But, the one thing Clara doesn’t have figured out is her love life.

Being Latina comes with the headache of always being pressured by family and loved ones about your dating situation. Souza's character is currently feeling the heat as she gets ready for the pressure by a family wedding in Mexico. Clara asks a co-worker to pose as her boyfriend for the weekend festivities - only to be caught by surprise when her ex-boyfriend (and family favorite) suddenly shows up after disappearing from her life completely.

While Clara deals with emotions of dealing with her ex-boyfriend, she is let with a hard choice. Torn, Clara must decide between going back to the past or open her heart to new and unexpected possibilities. In an adventure full of laughter, she learns that sometimes it takes the whole crazy family to help you find crazy love.

Souza has quickly made a name for herself in the Latin entertainment world starring in Mexican sitcoms "Los Héroes del Norte" and "La Clinica" before crossing over to English-language roles. Her film roles include in" From Prada to Nada;" in 2013, she starred in two Mexican box office hits, "Nosotros los Nobles" and "Instructions Not Included."

If you've seen Souza's work on screen then you know that this film will definitely be one to catch. the romantic comedy is projected to hit theaters nationwide on February 17, 2017.
