Ken Block is back and he's doing what he does best. The "Need for Speed: Rivals" release date is Nov. 19, 2013, about a week away, and EA has just released Gymkhana 6 starring professional Hoonigan Ken Block to drum up some hype for the video game. In Ken Block's typical over-the-top fashion, he's brought out his Ford Fiesta ST RX43 rally car in fresh racing livery to perform a run in a custom made gymkhana grid circuit in the middle of an airfield. Hold on to your butts!

The Ford Fiesta ST RX43 is arguably a badder animal than Senor Block  himself. At 650 hp and 650 lb.-ft. of torque, the Fiesta accelerates from 0-60 mph in just 1.8 seconds (one and eight tenths, not a typo). Putting the power to the pavement are a set of Pirelli P Zero tires wrapped around a set of Fifteen52 18-inch wheels. Stopping all that power is a big brake kit including a hydraulic hand brake to lock up the rear wheels in order to enter a slide. Can we talk about that gold brake lever though? How rad is that?!

Gymkhana 6 delivers many of the elements from past Gymkhana viral videos including reverse drifts below containers, drift jumps over ramps, sweeping drifts captured in aerial wide angle shots, drifting under Caterpillar loaders, and thrilling bullet time cinematography. All about upping the ante, Ken Block created tetherball rigs so that he can demonstrate precision drifting in his Fiesta ST by tapping into a sequence of rigs. And by tapping, I mean knocking the ball clean off the pole.

Nothing shouts "Need for Speed: Rivals" twist quite like a pair of Lamborghini police cars. Ken Block violently drifts around these $300,000 supercars without hesitation and follows up with drifts around a pair of Redview County riot police rolling on segways. Next, Block drifts around an enormous spiked wrecking ball, no doubt a nod to Miley Cyrus.
