iPhone 6 Release Date Live Stream Schedule: Where To Watch Apple Media Event [LINK]

The long-awaited Apple iPhone 6 event is finally upon us, but some of you know that already. If you've visited the official Apple Website anytime since Thursday, you might have noticed an enormous countdown timer for the Sept. 9 media event. In just four days, we expect to see the 4.7-inch iPhone 6, 5.5-inch iPhone 6, and possibly a new iWatch wearable accessory.

The iPhone 6 event live stream on the official Apple website will begin Sept. 9 at 1 p.m. EDT, or 10 a.m. PDT. According to International Business Times, the Apple live stream will only play on the Safari Web browser on OS X 10.6.8 or later, or iOS 6.0 or later. Apple TV users with 5.0.2 or later can stream the event as well.

According to initial spec rumors, the upcoming iPhone 6 will feature a 4.7-inch screen as well as a 5.5-inch screen variant. The iPhone 6 models will feature crisp 2272x1280 and 2560x1440 AMOLED displays, respectively. The iPhone 6 is also expected to feature an 8 MP rear facing camera with an upgraded flash and optical image stabilization technology. New for the iPhone 6 includes health apps, and NFC upgrades.

Both phones will boast a next-generation dual-core 2GHz 20nm A8 CPU along with 2 GB of ram. Finally, according to Apple Insider, the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 is expected to pack an enormous 2,915 mAh battery. Battery life has always been lacking in Apple iPhones so the new spec is most certainly a positive sign.

New for the iPhone 6 includes health apps, and NFC upgrades. What's more, the new iWatch will add an all-new dimension to how we will use the iPhone. However, we do not know when the new iPhone 6 and iWatch will be available in stores. For now, we expect a November iPhone 6 release date.
