Madonna and Lady Gaga’s on-and-off feud is finally over as the two highly controversial singers kiss and made up, as evidenced by a recent Time magazine photo shoot. This is probably for the best as fans just can’t decide who among the two is the crazier one. Here are a few examples of how the two singers manage to shock the world like nobody else.

Madonna’s Craziest Stunts

1. She went topless at 56

Not a lot of women are confident enough to pose topless for a magazine. Obviously, Madonna is not one of these timid ladies. The pop star proved she still hasn’t lost her touch and posed topless for the magazine Interview back in 2015.

But that’s not the most shocking part at all. Surprisingly, the “Like A Virgin” singer was already 56 years old at that time.

2. She locked lips with Britney Spears on stage

This happened during the 2003 Video Music Awards. It was totally unexpected that it shocked everyone who saw it. Needless to say, it’s definitely one of the most memorable moments for the music awards.

3. She offended the Vatican a lot of times

She has this obsession with Catholicism and found numerous ways to rile up the Vatican. For instance, her “Like A Prayer” video caused such distress to the institution that it was condemned by the Vatican, and Pop John Paul II campaigned for a boycott. Despite all of that, she still insists she has a desire of becoming a nun. Go figure.

Lady Gaga’s Craziest Stunts

1. She released a “Blood And Semen” fragrance

Back in 2012, Lady Gaga released a signature fragrance called Fame. The perfume smells quite nice and was even described as with “random notes of belladonna, jasmine, orchid, honey, saffron and apricot nectar” by the Hollywood Reporter.

But what piqued everyone’s interest was Lady Gaga’s description of its composition. “[Blood and semen] is in the perfume, but it doesn't smell like it,” the singer revealed. “You just get sort of the ‘after’ feeling of sex from the semen, and the blood is sort of primal.”

2. She wore a dress made out of meat at the VMA

Those who attended the event would never forget the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. It was during that year that Lady Gaga broke fashion rules and set a record by coming to the event wearing a dress made out of meat.

The ensemble even came with a pair of boots, a hat and a purse all made out of meat. While it looks uncomfortable and unhygienic, Time magazine ranked it as the top fashion statement of 2010.

3. She suggestively sucked a crucifix and rosary beads

Lady Gaga fans will probably know this one already. There’s a scene in the music video of her song “Alejandro” where she suggestively sucks a crucifix and rosary beads while wearing undies with a big red cross design.
