Ninel Conde seems to thrive in scandal and she just got into another one that could land her in jail. A Mexican tabloid magazine revealed that the "En Tierras Salvajes" actress lied about her age in official documents. TV Notas reported that on a Mexican identification card her date of birth is September 29, 1976, which would make her 40 years old. However, in another card from the U.S. her date of birth is printed as September 29, 1971, which would make her 5 years older and put her age at 45. Rounding up the information, when Conde visits the U.S. she is older, but when she crosses to her home country she magically gets younger. We wonder why the date of births don't match up?

Ninel Conde is currently in the middle of a court battle with her "baby daddy" Giovanni Medina who accused her of being an alcoholic and a bad mother. Conde fired back and is now suing her former beau for the allegations. "There's a process that I have started and I am going to protect the integrity of my son," she told Televisa Espectáculos. "Ask the man when he has provided a roof to the kid and when he has slept with the kid in one of his homes. I have justice by my side, the one above and the legal one, that protects children and working mother."

The "Bombón Asesino" hitmaker said that Medina was only trying to get back at her because he has not gotten over their breakup and accused him of misogyny. "I think it's of a male chauvinist that if a woman works 24/7 she can't go out with friends," she added. "Women also have the right to have fun and that's why I am an alcoholic? That is misogynistic, it's not cool, he will need to prove that. There's a baby and I do care about my son who will one day see this and I will not trash his father, even though he deserves it. This is the undertone of a man that has not gotten over a breakup, he can't get over that it's all over now."

Meanwhile, her other former beau Juan Zepeda is looking to take her to court for falsely accusing him of being a fraud. During an interview with "El Gordo y La Flaca" he said: "The woman hast to start paying for each tear that my father [deceased], my mother, and my children had," he told the show. "The first thought that comes to mind is the injustice, the montages, her now ex partner [Giovanni Medina] has been explicit in that everything that went against me was a montage from authorities by Ninel's part and I think that my personal circumstances obligate me morally to take legal action against her."

"I will not stop and I will go on to the ultimate consequences because she was cruel, viel, and there were a lot of lies. For her ex to be saying it, it's too much, and she knows that this series of actions against her have started and she will say whatever is more convenient for her but it's evident that it was all false." Zepeda also added, " I want her to pay for what she was involved with, that she has to pay for what she did, she has to. It's not in me, it's in the authorities. I think that she's already paying for it since the moment that she's destroying another family, making her son suffer, all her vices have been exposed, because we all know that the public Ninel that shows herself as the victim is not the real one."
