No Pants Subway Ride 2015: People Around The World Ditch Trousers In Public Transportation [PHOTOS]

The No Pants Subway Ride is an annual event that began in New York City thanks to the theater group, Improv Everywhere. The event was created to celebrate peoples’ curiosity and to spread laughter. It consists in random passengers boarding a subway car at separate stops in the middle of winter without pants. The participants do not behave as if they know each other, and they all wear winter coats, hats, scarves, and gloves. The only unusual thing is their lack of pants. This year, Jan. 11 was the date chosen to carry on with this tradition that started in 2002. Scroll through the pictures below to see some of the highlights of the day!
