Pope Francis had only been elected in March, but has repeatedly demonstrated his big heart. He has denied himself of Vatican's excessive luxuries, and  he regularly visits the homeless of Rome. Pope Francis has also washed the feet of a Muslim woman, embraced and prayed for a disfigured man, and even allowed a child to sit on his chair as he spoke before his followers. If Pope Francis isn't already officially the most awesome Pope ever, he is now giving away his beautiful Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide for charity.

Pope Francis received the motorcycle on June 2013 as Harley-Davidson marked its 110th anniversary. At the time, approximately 800 motorcyclists and their bikes gathered at St. Peter's Square to attend the ceremony. Not only did the Pope bless the assembly, but Pope Francis warned riders that motorcycles satisfies power and pleasure, and threatens love for God to be "replaced by fleeting human idol."

Now, the Harley-Davidson will be auctioned for charity by Bonhams. The auction will take place at the Grand Palais on February 6 as part of Retromobile Week. The money raised by the Harley-Davidson will be donated to Caritas Roma, a charity that works for the Roman Catholic Church to help the needy around the world. More specifically, the sale will go towards the renovation of the Don Luigi di Liegro hostel and soup kitchen in Rome.

The unique Harley-Davidson has been hand signed by the Pope and will be auctioned without reserve. To learn more about Pope Francis' Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide auction, be sure to visit Bonhams official website.
