Royal watchers have been witnessing less of royal couple Prince William and Kate Middleton, which leads up to rumors that the two are considering a divorce. The said reason for the rocky marriage is a person named Rose Hanbury. The news, however, is another tabloid tale purposely made to create false rumors and blotch the royal couple’s names.

It is not the first time that news on Prince William and Kate divorcing flashed the tabloid headlines. In 2014, the royal couple was reported to be fighting a lot and the Duchess of Cambridge is living in her parents’ house after the couple did not arrive at agreeable terms on where to spend their holidays. The truth, however, is that the duchess stayed with her parents because of her severe morning sickness.

Fast forward to the present, another news claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are on divorce talks. The allegation is quite bolder and more serious this time as Prince William is named as the culprit of the divorce. The prince is allegedly close to having an affair with Kate’s former close friend, Rose Hanbury.

Prior to the divorce talk rumors smashing the headlines, Kate and Hanbury had a rift, and both allegedly considered taking legal actions against each other. Now the Hanbury-Kate rift has been connected to the House of Cambridge’s marital split. According to the rumor, Prince William referred to Hanbury as the one who “got away.”

The Globe tabloid, which was the source of the rumor, labeled Kate as a jealous wife and claimed that Kate was humiliated by Prince William’s infidelity, which allegedly made the duchess devastated. The royal couple is said to have already hired lawyers, and an alleged $250-million-dollar settlement is already on the table.

Gossip Cop, however, immediately shut down the divorce news. The tabloid that was the source of the rumor has been circulating malicious and misleading rumors about the royal family for years. It was the same tabloid that declared ridiculous news such as Queen Elizabeth II asking Prince Charles to divorce Camilla Parker Bowles and Prince William being ready to seize the throne from Prince Charles after a murder accusation, making the latest news less believable, too.
