Prince Andrew just expressed how proud he is of his eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice. But his touching Instagram post drew in one surprising comment from a royal fan.

Princess Beatrice, who is the patron of Oscar’s Book Prize, presented this year’s winner, Ed Vere, an award for his storybook “How To Be A Lion.” Following the engagement, Prince Andrew gushed over Princess Beatrice and her efforts.

“Congratulations to Ed Vere, whose picture book ‘How to Be A Lion’ has been announced as the 2019 Oscar’s Book Prize Winner!” Prince Andrew wrote. “Princess Beatrice is patron of @oscarsbookprize, an annual prize for the best under-fives book of the year. Now in its sixth year, the prize aims to reward the brilliant creativity of early year’s literature & highlights the importance of reading with children,” he added.

Minutes after posting a photo of Princess Beatrice with Vere, royal fans started commenting on the post. One of them said that she’s happy to see Princess Beatrice getting involved in things that interest her. Another person said that she loves to read and every parent should read to their children at an early age.

Several other fans congratulated Princess Beatrice on her latest engagement. But there was one comment that came as a surprise. An Instagram user said that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughter looks like the lion drawn on the cover of the book.

Other fans also criticized Princess Beatrice over her choice of attire for her recent outing. One of them said that Ferguson should help in styling her eldest child. Another person also teased Princess Beatrice by saying that she and Vere look good together.

Some fans also wondered if Princess Beatrice and Vere were an item. They also asked if she and her boyfriend, Edoardo Mozzi, are still together. Princess Beatrice and Mozzi have been dating for a couple of months, and they have not broken up. In fact, Ferguson has already met Mozzi since he and Princess Beatrice started out as friends.
