Jonas Brock was born and raised in Munich, Germany. He is a loyal Bayern Munich supporter who has played the game of soccer since he was a young kid. Realizing that he will probably not become the next Lionel Messi he has found a love for writing and covering the beautiful game. He is currently a senior at Sonoma State University and will receive his BA in Psychology in December.

In what will surely be one of the most exciting opening games of the group stage, Ronaldo and co. will look to get Portugal off to the right start. Germany which has one of the strongest squads in the entire tournament will need to play at the top of their game to get a result from the Portuguese.
Colombia begin their World Cup campaign on the right foot after a 3-0 win over the Greeks. Both teams had their chances, but it was the Colombians who made the most out of them. Pablo Armero, Teofilo Guitierrez and James Rodriguez all scored for "Los Cafeteros."
