Latin celebrities have joined forces in support of a citizens initiative organized by Basta MX called "El Bullying No Es Juego" (Bullying Is Not A Game). High profile personalities within the entertainment and sport communities have raised their voice against assaults on children in school by sharing photos on their social media accounts. Thalia, Lucero, Adamari Lopez are some of the names that have protested bullying against this violent act. Sports stars like boxing champions Saúl "El Canelo" Alvarez and Julio César Chávez and Mexican National Soccer Team Miguel "El Piojo Herrera, have embraced this initiative. Telenovela actors like Daniel Arenas, Jorge Poza and Erika Buenfil have also joined the campaign and shared their photos with fans to raise awareness.

However, not all things are dandy as the internet trolls have taking advantage of Lucero's photo to remind the world of her incident at the turn of the year. As you may recall, photos of the "Soy Tu Dueña" leaked showing her hunting exotic animals. If someone knows about bullying and cyber-bullying is the international star as she has had a difficult time getting past this hurdle. Followers have asked campaign organizers, Basta MX, to not let Lucero be part of the initiative as she kills animals. They replied saying that everyone has a right to be part of the initiative.
