Garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg. Kahlua Ingredients: .5oz Patron XO Cafe Incendio, .5oz Aperol, .5oz Sweet Vermouth, 1oz Mescal Garnish: Chilli Chocolate Shaving Patron Ingredients: 1.5 parts Martell Caractère, .5 parts agave nectar, .5 parts fresh lime juice, 1 part fresh orange juice Directions: Add ingredients to a cocktail mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a flamed orange zest. Martell Ingredients: 1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin; 0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice; 0.5 oz. Simple Syrup; 0.5 oz. Aperol; 1 Blood Orange Wedge Directions: Muddle blood orange wedge with syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel. Nolet Ingredients: ½ oz lime juice; 1 oz Creme Yvette; ½ oz Allspice liquor; 1 ½ oz Bohemia Directions: Shake all ingredients except the Bohemia and strain in rockglass over ice coupe glass. Top with Bohemia beer and grate nutmeg on top. AllSpice Ingredients: 1 part ABSOLUT Vanilla, 1 part Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha, 1 part half and half, 1 dash Pernod Absinthe (optional) Directions: Build over ice in a rocks glass, and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Kahlua Ingredients: 2oz Tequila El Jimador; 2oz Pumpkin ale; 1oz Orange juice; 1oz Pumpkin puree; 2 dashes Angostura bitters; ½ spice syrup Directions: Place all ingredients in to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice. Shake hard and strain over ice in to a mason. Garnish with a star anise pod and an orange zest. Tequila El Jimador Ingredients: 1.25 oz. NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin; 1 oz. Apple Juice; 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice; 0.5 oz. Honey Directions: Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Fine-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice. Carlos Detres Ingredients: 1 oz Tequila Añejo; ½ oz lemon juice; ½ oz cinnamon syrup; Indio beer; 2 slices fresh ginger Directions: Place ginger slices, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, and añejo tequila into a cocktail shaker and fill with cubed ice. Add Indio beer and stir to combine, garnish with lemon discs or shaved ginger. Tequila Añejo Ingredients: 1.5 parts Martell Caractère, 1 part pineapple juice, 3 parts cola Directions: Add ingredients to a tall glass and fill with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
