Actress Angelina Jolie’s name is recently flashed in the headlines as the A-lister prepares to be legally single again and is reportedly working on adopting a new child. More news surfaced after Jolie’s split with Brad Pitt, but only a few of them are true.

Recently, news flash as Jolie and Pitt negotiate a bifurcated judgment, which will dissolve Jolie and Pitt’s marriage while legally settling other divorce issues such as splitting of finances. The two parties agreed to bifurcate, so “issue can now be resolved by stipulation,” as court papers state.

Meanwhile, a big subject on finances is how the two will split their 500-acre Château in France equally between their children. This issue has been going on since late 2018.

Another issue that's been blocking the finalizing of the ex-couples's divorce is the splitting of money between them. Pitt has more in his plate and is worth more than Jolie, but Jolie has no right to the earnings during the marriage since they have only been married for a short period of time. The “Maleficent” star is reportedly deliberating on filing for a palimony lawsuit.

Meanwhile, a false rumor has been spreading around about Jolie wanting to adopt another child. It was alleged that Jolie is suffering from an “empty nest syndrome,” particularly now that her kids are said to be older and don't need her as much. However, Gossip Cop ended all adoption speculations and explained the possible source for the rumors.

This began circulating when Jolie visited a refugee camp in Syria in November last year. In 2017, Jolie has already been rumored to be adopting a new kid, but this was debunked by Gossip Cop. Apparently, Jolie took her daughter, Shiloh, to Disneyland, where she celebrated her birthday and was joined by her Cambodian friends. The thing is that people immediately assume that whenever Jolie is surrounded by kids, she is on a lookout for a new baby, which is not the case, at least for now.

But that's not all. In March 2018, the “The Wanted” actress was reported to be saving some space for a new baby to adopt, this time for her and her alleged billionaire British philanthropic husband. The problem with this news is that Jolie was not seeing anyone at that time and was not ready to be in a new relationship yet, as reported by Gossip Cop. The actress wanted to give more attention to her five children and to focus on reviving her career.
