Hollywood was in shock when news spread of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s untimely split. Since the news spread, Pitt has not seen the kids but now it looks like the couple may have reached some type of agreement.

According to Us Magazine, Pitt has finally reunited with some of his children this past Saturday. It appears as if the couple has come to an agreement within finalizing their divorce.

We previously reported that the couple never had any other issues in settling their divorce besides the children but now the two have finally come to terms with one another.

According to th epublication, multiple sources have confirmed that this is the first time Pitt has seen the kids since the split. A monitor was present for the visit and both parties have agreed to the conditions prior to the visit. The source also disclosed that not all of the children were present.

The site reported that Pitt and Jolie have reached an agreement on a parenting plan that would give the 41-year-old actress temporary physical custody of the children even though the pair continue to share legal custody.

The agreement states that the couple’s six children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne will reside with Jolie at her California residence. Pitt has gained rights to visit the children but only under the supervision of a therapist. Future visits may also be monitored as well.

The monitoring comes as a result of Pitt being currently under investigation by the FBI and the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services after drinking and allegedly becoming physical with one of his children while the family was aboard a private jet.

“He will cooperate in any way he can to see the kids,” a pal of Pitt's told Us. “By agreeing to this, he can see them, which is what he wanted.”
