The Brangelina divorce drama has finally come to a screeching holt with the former Hollywood power couple coming to a custody agreement. The only problem is, their eldest son Maddox, is not having it.

According to Us Weekly, Brad Pitt has been patiently waiting to reunite with his six children but the meeting didn't go as planned. Maddox simply refused to attend the meeting.

Sources close to the site say that Maddox isn't interested in seeing Pitt. "He chose not to go and stayed with Angie," a Jolie confidante tells Us Weekly.

The site reports that despite Pitt's best efforts the visit didn't run smoothly. Maddox's absence was not taken lightly.

"It was emotional for him," a source tells the site.

It is further being speculated that the teen who argued with Pitt during the infamous private jet debacle, has chosen sides. Maddox who is currently 15-years-old by California law can decide which parent he will rather live with.

Maddox was adopted by Angelina Jolie in 2002, just two years before Brangelina became an item. sources reveal that the 15-year-old has not made up his mind about custody- but if Jolie is done with Pitt, so is he!

"He doesn’t really see himself as Brad’s son,” a source says of the Cambodia native, legally adopted by Pitt in 2006. Another Jolie source is more blunt: “Maddox never wants to see Brad again.”

The parenting agreement is in place unil October 20, which gives the former couple shared legal custody. The site does reveal that although Jolie has sole physical custody, she is not trying to ruin the relationship betwen the kids and her ex.

"She wants them to have a relationship with him once their health and safety is assured, the source tells the site. However, “no other visitations have been scheduled.”

The news must be hard for Pitt to deal with but as we all know divorce takes a toll on the whole family.
