1. Jessica Alba : Yoga, martial arts and more

I attribute my athletic body to the martial arts, gymnastics, dance, and strength training I did while filming Dark Angel. That’s made me strong and really set the bar," Jessica Alba said to Shape, "When I only have 30 minutes, I’ll do a series of burpees, mountain climbers, squat jumps, planks, and a few sun salutations. But I’m not going to lie. Working out sucks. Which is why I love taking classes, because I’m surrounded by other people and that keeps me motivated and accountable. These days, I do power yoga with light weights in a 105-degree room, so it’s a mix of hot yoga and strength training. I also spin. The key for me is good music, like 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, Jay-Z, Beyoncé."

2. Mario Lopez: Boxing

Find something you love to do and fight to improve each day. If you love to play at it, you'll work hard at it,"Mario Lopez shared with Body Building."You know, staying healthy is a top-of-mind thing for me. It's woven into my DNA, I guess you could say. I just feel I'm at my best at work and at play when I'm taking care of myself physically. And I'm never satisfied, I think that helps. I always want to improve and get better. Whether I'm boxing, running or lifting weights, each day I look for a challenge and get after it.

6. Zoe Saldana: Running

"Your body changes dramatically, inside and out. You grow in places you never knew you could, and you are tired beyond belief. "My case was like that, everything from my thyroid to my platelets crashed. Thank God, we are all doing great now, but my body was really bent out of shape after the boys were born.
