Camila Cabello, Dinah-Jane Hansen, Normani Hamilton, Lauren Jauregu and Ally Brooke successfully auditioned on the second season of "The X Factor USA" in 2012, qualifying for the "Groups" category. "LYLAS" (acronym for Love You Like a Sister), and “1432” (which stands for I Love You Too), were the two groups names which the girls were part of.
After they performed as "1432," Simon Cowell suggested that the group should be renamed again and announced that they would be renamed by the viewers online. The name chosen by the public was announced as "Fifth Harmony."
At first, this might sound a good selection, but if "Harmony" means agreement, peace, peacefulness, cooperation, understanding, unity, sympathy, and tons of sweet-sounding words more, why in the world is their look not as harmonious as it should be?
We totally understand the idea of individuality within the unit –Hey! The Spice Girls, remember? - but this is more than that. As a team, Fifth Harmony's outfits always looks unfinished and discordant.
Their selection of wardrobe is as tragic as their previous names. This is so recurrent that people start to speculate if the stylist hates them. Whatever the case may be, we just hope former member Camila Cabello finds her identity far from silly bows and skater skirts.
