Not too long ago, a lot of rumors began swirling that Jennifer Lopez and Belinda would be releasing a collaboration soon. While JLo has been busy at the Teen Choice Awards, strolling around with Casper Smart in LA, attending the VMAs in a bling-tastic dress that had everyone looking at her, and promoting the “Booty” remix with Iggy Azalea, Belinda spoke out and confirmed that the Bronx diva allegedly approached her for a duet.
The Mexican singer and actress was signing autographs at a mall as part of her promotional tour for her new album. The event, in which thousands of Belinda fans congregated to meet their idol, lasted for about six hours. Belinda looked very proud and happy to have such a great turnout, and announced that it was in fact true that a collaboration was in talks. “I can’t say anything about this project yet, because they reached me, so nothing has yet been set in stone. We’re just talking,” Belinda revealed.
