Although Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart announced the end of their relationship about a week ago, it seems that it’s not over after all. Casper was accused of cheating on JLo with two transsexual models, and Lopez was linked to Dancing With The Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, however, it’s being said that the Puerto Rican diva still hasn’t gotten over her beau. According to Hollywood Life, JLo might be pissed with her former flame over the break up controversy, but the two still feel “deeply connected.”
“It is over now, but not exactly forever,” a source told Hollywood Life. “Jennifer is very embarrassed and upset with the whole ordeal but Casper is still important to her life. He is so close with her kids.” The insider went on, “They work together. And they are in love. Casper really has to work hard to get her back, but there is a chance as she wants to see how much he cares…”
Meanwhile, JLo is keeping busy promoting her 10th studio album A.K.A., out June 17, and getting ready to premiere her music video for the song “Booty,” where she definitely proves she’s the twerking queen and gives Miley Cyrus a run for her money. Lopez has also had a series of performances lately, keeping her mind away from her breakup. She went back to her native Bronx to do a free concert, then she went to Brazil to perform at the World Cup opening ceremony, and later she jetted to Chicago for the B96 Pepsi Summer Bash.
On Sunday, she spent Father’s Day with her mother, Guadalupe, and a few friends by the pool, taking to Instagram some highlights of her day. The diva posted pictures of her with a fresh, make-up free face, and looking like a natural goddess. Along with the pictures, she wrote that she finally got a much-needed day off.
