'The Last: Naruto the Movie'
Naruto manga ends Nov. 10. Naruto

It has been two long years since "Naruto" last released a movie. Finally, the latest issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine has officially announced the next 'Naruto' anime movie. "The Last: Naruto The Movie" release date is Dec. 6, 2014 at Japanese theaters.

The release of "The Last: Naruto The Movie" coincides with the 15th anniversary of the Naruto manga. Given the title of the upcoming movie, it can be easily interpreted as the last full-length animate Naruto movie. In fact, the Naruto Shippuden manga is rumored to come to an end very soon as well. However, a glimmer of hope still remains as the studio did not confirm that The Last: Naruto The Movie" will actually be the final film. After all, Harry Potter split the final book into two movies. We may have yet to see the end of Naruto.

A more obvious piece of evidence that supports the end of Naruto has yet to come is the announcement that "The Last: Naruto the Movie" is just one piece of the latest "Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project," which translates to Naruto's New Era Opening Project. As far as we know, an official "The Last: Naruto the Movie" trailer will be released on July 31.

Many details revolving "The Last: Naruto the Movie" is still unknown, but the cover art features an adult Naruto and Sasuke, both possessing some really crazy looking eyes. Naruto unleashes Kyuubi Sage mode, while Sasuke wields Mangekyo Sharingan and the Rinnegan at the same time.

We're pretty stoked about the new Naruto movie. Stay tuned as we await the new "The Last: Naruto the Movie" trailer later this week.
