"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" season five spoilers. VH1/Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta

If recent reports are true, the familiar cast and characters from "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" will be fired and replaced. According to MediaTakeOut.com, producers of the hit reality series are prepping to fire the entire cast following the Season 5 reunion. MTO News reported that VH1 is not planning any "spin off" series with members of the current cast of "LHHATL."

Furthermore, All Hip Hop reports the producers of "LHHATL" have been reaching out to all of Atlanta in order to find new cast members. However, there have been difficulties as many Atlanta celebrities find no need or purpose to be on the show.

We already know there has been some issues with the pecking order for the "LHHATL" cast reunion episode. Last week, new cast member Tommie took to Instagram to claim that she has been banned from attending the reunion. However, series creator Mona Scott-Young replied to the rumor via Instagram, claiming it was bogus and Tommie was misinformed.

Many fans are questioning why the series would replace an entire cast to one of its most successful shows? Well for one thing, Scott-Young and the rest of VH1's production team may simply be tired of the amount of off-screen drama the cast is bringing.

New cast member Karen King is facing a 30-year prison sentence for forgery and identity theft charges, while her son Scrapp DeLeon will not be released from prison until 2021. Additionally, Tia Becca and Tommie both caused some drama earlier this year when both their criminal records were revealed.

It has not just the newbies causing off-screen issues. Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are currently in an open war and their relationship has been exposed by Stevie himself as a sham. Waka Flaka Flame and Tammy are separated and headed for a divorce.

This is just a rumor at the moment, but it is entirely possible that "LHHATL" will have a new cast for its sixth season. Either way, the current season continues Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on VH1.
