Mariah Carey is finally getting her own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame in Los Angeles, California next week. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced on Monday that Carey will receive star number 2,556 on August 5. The reveal ceremony will include speakers such as, Lee Daniels, Brett Ratner, and Epic Records CEO L.A. Reid, with whom the Diva has collaborated with for years.

Throughout her career, she has had 18 No.1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, sold millions of albums and won a number of awards, including 5 Grammys. Earlier this year, the singer started her residency at The Colosseum at the Ceasars Palace hotel in Las Vegas, which comprises her 18 number one hit singles in chronological order and ends with her new single “Infinity.”

After the announcement was made, the 45-year-old expressed her excitement on Instagram by posting a picture of a pink star with her name and the following caption: “Super excited and feeling so humbled about my star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Thank you so much to the fans for making this happen for me. #walkoffame #hollywood #lambily”
